I stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about it. The hotel had some air conditioning issues, but I got relocated to another room with a discount, which was a nice touch. The room I chose, SuperiorXL King Bed with Terrace, was of good quality and had a safe, which I appreciated.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and full service. The most comfortable king size beds made my nights fabulous, but I do wish the shower and bathroom had better utilities. The service was top-notch, always helpful, and very kind to any request. The location was perfect for a 15-minute walk along the Arno river into the center, exactly what I was looking for. I was blown away by the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms, and the brilliant experience we had during our stay. The hotel had such a great vibe and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. However, the sewer-like smell was a bit off-putting at times. The location was absolutely perfect for us, just a short walk along the Arno river to the center, and the view from the rooftop pool was stunning.
